If your linux is based on Debian, you could try the Debian or Ubuntu packages from their software repositories. You can also build CryFS from source.
You can install CryFS using Homebrew. Try:
$brew cask install osxfuse$brew install cryfs
Windows support is on our agenda, but is a lot of effort and might take some time.
